What Genug is
Genug is a personal visualization, reflection, and journaling tool. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace help from a qualified professional. Results vary, and no psychological, health, financial, or professional outcome is guaranteed.
Using the beta
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. Keep access to your email account secure, provide only content you have the right to use, and do not use the service to break the law, harm another person, probe security, or disrupt the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text and images you add. You give Genug the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, and deliver that content back to you as part of the product. You can export your Persona, preferences, thoughts, and journal or delete your account from Settings.
Generated sessions
AI output can be inaccurate, repetitive, unexpected, or unsuitable. Do not rely on a generated session as professional advice. Stop a session if it feels uncomfortable, and use the in-app feedback option so the experience can be improved.
Availability and changes
This is an early beta. Features may change, generation may be limited or paused to protect reliability and cost, and uninterrupted access is not promised. Material updates to these terms will be reflected by a new date on this page.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and renewal period shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them from Plan & billing. Canceling normally preserves paid access until the current period ends. Deleting your Genug account instead cancels an active Stripe subscription immediately. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, completed charges are not automatically refunded.
Ending use
You may stop using Genug and delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. For a question, sign in and choose “Share feedback” from the profile menu.
